Is the package price final?

Package prices are fixed. Your chosen parlour confirms the final itemised quote, including grave fees at municipal cost, and any change needs your approval.

Can I pay with my funeral policy or burial society?

Yes. Claim from your burial society in the app, or add your policy details so we can prepare the claim pack. Payouts can go straight to the parlour with your consent.

We need a same-day burial. Can Passage help?

Yes. Choose your faith at the start and same-day mode sends your request only to parlours certified for your tradition.

How are parlours verified?

Every service provider uploads legal documents such as the Certificate of Competence and tax compliance, which our team reviews. Any verified provider can also request an optional in-person site inspection to earn the "Site-inspected" badge and better placement.

What does it cost to register as a service provider?

Registration is free and there are no monthly fees. Passage earns only a 12% commission on each completed job.
